LWW - Charles Dubois cocktail watch, manual wind, 14mm x 46mm to lug tips, 8mm wire lug width, original long curved hinged back platinum case set with 40 single cut diamonds that weigh approximately 0.40 ctw as well as 18 baguette cut sapphires, the initials "LMB" engraved on the caseback, 14K white gold adjustable mesh bracelet, original white dial with black painted numerals, 18J, s#1279, triple signed. Includes vintage presentation box from FRED in Paris. Gross weight of case and bracelet without movement 8.9 dwt (14.1 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: NR, balance and train appear to be good as well as the mainspring, poor cosmetic mvt condition overall, ample oxide to plates and winding wheels; excellent dial with light surface spotting; excellent hands; case shows light wear, missing two baguette cut sapphires, no dents or dings; crown shows little wear; good glass crystal. Box shows little wear with light staining to exterior.
